I WRITE TO MAKE MEANING.
I explore social relationships and the power of human communication in an effort to help us all design lives, relationships, and careers we love.
I write to examine my own narrative and reevaluate it, and I write to try to answer a core question of myself.
In the process of exploring my own stories and sharing my reflections, my hope is that others will see themselves brighter, see themselves connected to something bigger, and recognize that clarity is a choice that we always have inside us.
I’m walking this messy beautiful life with you, and I really do believe that we are all in it together
You’re welcome to receive my email letters where I share lessons and reflections on intentional living, courageous leading, true loving, and joyful creating.
Otherwise, you can read a few writing pieces below.
i speak to teach love.
I focus on the human dimension of business, education, and social change and I enjoy working on projects that are brought to life through a diverse and motivated collective. I aim to use my life stories and observations as modern-day parables that raise consciousness.
I’m open for podcasts, workshops, retreats, facilitation, speaker panels, or other creative collaborations!
Areas that light me up to speak about:
self-expression and creativity
compassionate leadership
personal authority, authenticity, and presence
living on purpose
navigating grief and loss
people management, workplace communication, interpersonal dynamics
emotional and spiritual growth
UNCERTAINTY IS KEY TO CREATIVITY.
Many times, I've wandered through the creative wilderness feeling aimless, doubtful, and unfocused. My daydreams filled with questions like:
IT’S NOT JUST ABOUT YOU.
I received a message from a past client last week. The subject line was “Things work out.”
on purpose and passion and logic and heart
In my teens and 20s, I was longing to find that one passion, one purpose that everyone talked about needing…
heart is the new brain
Years ago, I learned something interesting and important about the heart.
TOO MANY WORLD ISSUES! WHAT CAN I EVEN DO?
Here's a question I’ve heard a lot over the last year, in different versions…
something in you to celebrate.
Question for you: When was the last time you celebrated yourself?
